Power Notes: Alarm Wizard

This tab is used for setting the date and time of displaying sticky notes in the advanced mode.

Start/End Date

You can use this tab to select the period of displaying the sticky note.

The starting date is selected with the help of the calendar.

Exact at

The sticky note will be showed at the specific time (the days of the showing you can select at the Repeat tab). "Every X minute(s)" and "Every X hour(s)" the selected time is the note's showning start time.

On Every Startup

The sticky note will be showed on the every startup at the selected dates.

Once a day

The sticky note will be showed once a day at the first program launch or on the start of the new day (at 12.00 AM). The days of the showing you can select at the Repeat tab.

The following variants are possible for the ending date:

Only Once

The sticky note will be displayed on the starting date and at the specified time only (this type of displaying is similar to the "Date & Time" mode in the "Quick Alarm Settings").

Repeat without end date

The sticky note will be displayed from the starting date and until it is removed from the database.

Repeat until specified date

The sticky note will keep appearing from the starting date and up to the specified date and time.

Repeat

This option allows you to select days of the week and the week frequency for displaying the note.

Viewing Days

To select days for displaying the sticky note, you should select the corresponding checkboxes.

Weekly Frequency

The following frequency options are available: Every Week, Bi-weekly, Every X Weeks (for example, every 4 weeks).

You can select between the following types of displaying:

First day of the month

The sticky note will appear on the first day of every month during the whole period of displaying.

Last day of the month

The sticky note will be displayed on the last day of every month during the whole period of displaying.

Days of the month

This option allows you to select the days of the month when the sticky note will appear during the whole period of displaying. To do it, select the checkboxes next to the necessary days.

Weeks of the month

This option allows you to select the weeks of the month when the sticky note will be displayed during the whole period of displaying. To do it, select the checkboxes next to the necessary days of the week and weeks of the month.

Use this option to specify the dates when the note will be displayed (up to 32 dates). Select the necessary dates on the calendar and add them to the list by clicking the "Add Date" button or double-clicking the selected date. To remove a record from the list, select it with your mouse and click the "Remove Date" button or double-click the date to removed it.

Use this option to specify the time intervals for displaying the sticky note. For the first time, it will be shown at the starting moment of displaying and then it will keep appearing according to the selected variant Every X Minute(s), Every X Hour(s), Every X Day(s), Every X Month(s), Every X Year(s).
